HTL Capital Advisors in Australia is owned and headed by John Smith, who co-founded the global enterprise. John has been personally involved in over $5 billion of hotel and other property related transactions. John also previously headed Horwath HTL in Australia for over 20 years, and Sonnenblick Goldman Australia. He also presently owns and heads Hotels World Australia, which owns and organizes the HotelsWorld 2017 suite of annual industry events.
